Though it has just two ounces of rum, it feels much more complicated than it actually is. The signature drink of the Bali Hai restaurant in San Diego! Their origins can be traced to the iconic Mutiny on the Bounty film when after filming the tropical hut set got moved to Newport Beach and turned into a tiki bar, which later turned into the restaurant.

This tropical boozy cocktail was originally created at the Tiki-Ti. This version has first been remixed by Beachbum Berry and then adapted by the Smuggler’s Cove. So quite a few capable minds improved on this whopper of a drink.
