One of the original Donn Beach Jamaican style cocktails. Coming from the late 1800’s it was refined by the master himself into the classic we know today. Not too sweet, not too sour. Boozy, but not overly strong. Just great! Served in a historical Pearl Diver’s Glass.

  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • ½ tsp Grenadine
  • ½ tsp Falernum
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 ½ oz Aged Gold Jamaican Rum [Bacardi Reserve 8 Years]
  • ½ oz Dark Rum [Plantation Dark]
  • ¾ cup Crushed Ice
