Navy Grog

A drink that will put hair on your chest and makes you want to sail the seven seas. Its long and sometimes dark history goes all the way back to 1740. Don The Beachcomber created his iconic version in 1944, which we serve here today with its authentic snow cone of shaved ice. It’s a robust rum punch with a blend of three tasty rums with a delicious aftertaste of honey.

  • Lightly Aged Jamaican Rum [Plantation Pineapple]
  • Dark Jamaican Rum [Appleton Estate Rare Blend 12y]
  • Demerara Rum [El Dorado 8 Years]
  • Pimento Dram
  • Lime Juice
  • White Grapefruit Juice
  • Honey Syrup
Sumatra Kula

The Sumatra Kula is the first Tiki cocktail ever created. Its recipe was lost to the ages until Jeff “Beachbum” Berry managed to track down the recipe. Three citrus flavours are flash-blended with a light rum making it an easy drink, yet infinitely enjoyable. It’s so delicious the ice won’t get a chance to melt!

  • White Jamaican Rum [Plantation 3 Stars]
  • Lime Juice
  • Orange Juice
  • White Grapefruit Juice
  • Honey Syrup
Golden Grog

Drink this sweet libation from a Koi fish mug, just like served at Trader Vic’s! The mix of Honey and Passion Fruit makes things sweet, while the lemon gives a lovely tarty aftertaste.

  • Dark Jamaican Rum [Appleton Estate Rare Blend 12y]
  • White Jamaican Rum [Plantation 3 Stars]
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Lemon Juice
  • Honey Syrup
  • Passion Fruit Syrup
Rum Julep

A boozy Demerara tasting cocktail with lovely citrus and honey undertones. It blends two fantastic 12 year old rums on this twist on the Mint Julep. Though it has just two ounces of rum, it feels much more complicated than it actually is. This lovely drink was served in Don The Beachcomber’s Cabaret Restaurant in Waikiki in 1958, though the recipe was created in the 1940’s.

  • Dark Jamaican Rum [Appleton Estate Rare Blend 12y]
  • Demerara Rum [El Dorado 12 Years]
  • Falernum
  • Pimento Dram
  • Lime Juice
  • Orange Juice
  • Honey Syrup
  • Grenadine
