Rum Barrel
Thirsty? Enjoy a full blown fruity experience that will instantaneously into a good mood. Big, boozy but with accessible taste. 4 Fruit juices are mixed with three rums and a lot of tasty liquors in this classic from the 1940's.
Planter’s Punch
One of the original Donn Beach Jamaican style cocktails. Coming from the late 1800's it was refined by the master himself into the classic we know today. Not too sweet, not too sour. Boozy, but not overly strong. Just great!
The Expedition
Ever since the Smuggler's Cove opened their doors in 2009, they rose to the top of Tiki Bars in the world. We gladly serve their world famous Expedition here. An instant favourite there, and here. A sweet drink with a lovely blend of the honey, vanilla and coffee.
Rum Julep
A boozy Demerara tasting cocktail with lovely citrus and honey undertones. It blends two fantastic 12 year old rums on this twist on the Mint Julep. Though it has just two ounces of rum, it feels much more complicated than it actually is. This lovely drink was served in Don The Beachcomber's Cabaret Restaurant in Waikiki in 1958, though the recipe was created in the 1940's.
Talking Heads
The best drink to have after a long evening of work. Using the Brabant signature drink Schrobbelèr we created a beautiful amber drink with a great sweet and herbal first impression, with a lovely tarty aftertaste. A Hideaway Creation!
Commando Grog
This one is pure tiki goodness! A truly delicious drink from Jason Alexander. It has all the Tiki tastes in one cocktail. The syrups and liquors are balanced with the two rums. If you wonder what Tiki is all about? This is one to start with.
Fogg Cutter
A complex yet flavourful beast by Trader Vic. Evolved through the years we present you the 1970's Bali Ha'i version. Despite the three different spirits it's a refreshing drink. But beware of the incoming fog ...
Peachy Keen
A concoction of the house. It just uses a few drops of liquor for taste, but will keep your mind .. well .. peachy keen!
Scorpion Bowl
A big beast to share. Despite the name, this Trader Vic's inspired bowl does not sting, but it a great way to share an amazing drink with those who you care about.
Midcentury Zombie
A modern twist on an all-time classic from Indianapolis's The Inferno Room. According to some the best Zombie they've ever had.
Nautilus
All hands on deck! Be prepared to tell a whale of a tale with this elaborate cocktail full of fruity tastes to share. Best enjoyed with your first mate.
Puka Punch
This tropical boozy cocktail was originally created at the Tiki-Ti. This version has first been remixed by Beachbum Berry and then adapted by the Smuggler's Cove. So quite a few capable minds improved on this whopper of a drink. It's a multi-layered rum adventure that starts with fruity honey, continues along to spice and caramel, ending with the the punch from the overproof rum slowly filtering to the bottom of the glass.
The Glass Man
From The Inferno Room comes a layered drink with a bright mix of rums and cognac.
Trader Vic's Grog
Drink this sweet libation from a Koi fish mug, just like served at Trader Vic's! The mix of Honey and Passion Fruit makes things sweet, while the lemon gives a lovely tarty aftertaste.
Pumpkin King Punch
Don't you love Pumpkin Spice season? This house creation blends all the tastes you'd expect from the autumn season and delivers it into a coupe of goodness.
Ponce
From the Trader Vic's Bartender Guide comes this hidden gem. Sweet, yet full of taste. A great Zero ABV drink.
Neptune
The Saturn, but very low in alcohol. Delicious, with a dry non-alcoholic gin.
Lapu Lapu
An icon of Walt Disney World's Polynesian Resort. Being on the menu since opening in 1971 it has been popular for generations. A true boozy tropical delight.
Riptide
This fruity and refreshing drink features a great lime and passion fruit profile, with a lovely bite of the ginger. But the true star of the show is the amazing Planteray coconut rum that gives this cocktail an extra dimension.
Nui Nui
This cocktails brims over with island vibes. Delicious Barbados and Demerara rum with bright juices transports you instantly!

Honi Honi
This drink can be described as a Bourbon Mai Tai. Trader Vic created this drink in the 1950's with a good sharp tarty with a delicious herbal aftertaste of the bourbon.
Mr. Bali Hai
The signature drink of the Bali Hai restaurant in San Diego! Their origins can be traced to the iconic Mutiny on the Bounty film when after filming the tropical hut set got moved to Newport Beach and turned into a tiki bar, which later turned into the restaurant. The Mr. Bali Hai features a great blend of coffee liquor, the sweetness of pineapple and the sour of lemon. Combine that all with some good rums, and it's a unique flavour that is easy to love.
Baron Samedi
Baron Samedi is the spirit of the death in Haitian Vodou. Just like him, this smooth balanced spirit would love to take you to the other side. A modern Beachbum Berry classic with aged rum that feels like it's been around for eternity.
Pololu
Wake up and smell the tropical flowers! This floral drink is a modern concoction mixing the DNA of a Fog Cutter with a Painkiller with a base of gin and the tropical nose of Pineapple and Coconut.
Starspeeder
Celebrate with the lovable Ewoks with this intergalactic concoction straight from Endor. Golden rums and fresh fruits will make you feel like you could take on the whole Empire yourself! Our own take on a Test Pilot.
Three Dots & A Dash
This wartime cocktail by Donn Beach was a tribute to Victory, hence the name which is morse code for V. Decorated here with three delicious Maraschino cherries (the dots) on a cocktail picker (the dash).

Tabu Tabu Grog
The Tabu Tabu Grog welcomes the nose with a delightful mix of grapefruit and passion fruit bouquet. With a burly rum, passion fruit, and all spice flavors it's a bold drink.
Arkham Kula
If you like the Commando Grog, you definitely need to try this one. Where the Commando Grog gives all Tiki tastes from the liquors, this one is much more fruit heavy, despite sharing most ingredients. This shows that the ratios of ingredients is everything.

A big drink for small adventurers. A dash of freshly squeezed lime, a hint of orgeat and delicious ginger beer with crushed ice make this a must-try for those in need of refreshments.
The Great Pretender
The Great Pretender is a dangerously drinkable, crazy-potent overproof daiquiri. The pineapple-lime-cinnamon combination, bolstered with hints of vanilla and the kick from Smith & Cross overproof rum makes for a phenomenal drink.
Orgeat Fizz
Do you like lemon and almond? Then today is your lucky day. This lemonade has a lovely bright taste, perfect for a warm sunny day.
Mai-Tai
Mai Tai-Roa Aé! (Out of this world in Tahitian). The iconic Trader Vic’s cocktail that led to a worldwide rum shortage. If you want to know what Tiki is all about, this one is it. You can also try it with Yuzu for a delicious tarty taste!
Tropical Snowstorm
If the answer to the question "can there be too much coconut in a drink" is a resounding no, this is the drink for you. Imagine Christmas on a tropical island, sipping delight straight from a coconut.
Colonel Hathi’s Sweet & Sour
Company… Forward march! A secret recipe Trader Vic learned from the Majarajah's Fifth Pachyderm Brigade on his many travels. Fruity, yet refreshing with spiced rum and ginger beer. A recipe you will never forget.
Sleeping Lotus
A nice gin cocktail where the lemon, orgeat, & bitters create a nice base underneath with a minty overtone. Complex, but fairly smooth.
The Moon Flower
According to Javanese myths, if you find the Kembang Remboelan Moon flower blooming at night, you will get hundred times of extra luck. Just like this drink, it blends great tastes that will make you feel lucky.
Green Dragon
Beware the dragon in this green drink. A lovely first layered drink with a soft bourbon aftertaste.
Tonga Punch
Let's grab a bowl and enjoy this punch! This is the first rum cocktail ever made by Trader Vic. But don't let that hold you back, as it's still the powerhouse that it was nearly a century ago.
Sumatra Kula
The Sumatra Kula is the first Tiki cocktail ever created. Its recipe was lost to the ages until Jeff “Beachbum” Berry managed to track down the recipe. Three citrus flavours are flash-blended with a light rum making it an easy drink, yet infinitely enjoyable. It's so delicious the ice won't get a chance to melt!
Suriname Swizzle
Bringing Genever into Tiki is quite unexpected, but in this libation it absolutely works. Coconut forward, but not overly sweet it's a complex drink that's easy to drink but even easier to love.
Blue Flower Lagoon
Berries and elderflower come together in a blue glowing tropical mix that transports you to a mermaid lagoon.
Queens Delight
Magic Mirror, on the wall, who now has the best drink of all? It is you, esteemed guest. Through wind and darkness comes this purple but delicious smooth and creamy drink, filled with ghouls and delight.
Nightingale
Our own Tiki twist on the Penicillin. Using a great funky Smiths & Cross Navy Strength Rum with a float of Plantation Xaymaca for a hint of smokey punch makes for a delicious cocktail. The two rums are offset with the sweetness of the honger & ginger and the spice from the ginger syrup.
Big Bamboo
An easy drink from the Mai Kai's secret Okole Maluna Society. Four fruits meet three samples in a great light drink.
Skipper Sipper
A true tropical 0 ABV drink that leaves you with memories you can never forget, even though you wish you could. Created for the skippers on the world-famous Jungle Cruise in a feeble attempt to keep them sailing straight.
Uh-Oa!
Uh-Oa, Uh-Oa, Uh-Oa-Oa-Oa! Here comes an iconic bowl celebrating the Tiki Goddess of Disaster! A splurge of six fruit juices and a some good pours of rum give an extremely layered drink. You can share it, but easily enjoyed by solo adventurers as well.
Silent Isle
Celebrate the holidays with a refreshing tropical drink. The acidity of the lime and pineapple is balanced out with the coconut and falernum creating a great seasonal special!
Eastern Sour
Imagine if you will, having a lovely night in a Tiki bar in the 1950;s. You want something distinguished, yet exotic. Enter Trader Vic's delicious Eastern Sour. Fine rye, crushed oranges, lemons and ice. You can't go wrong here.
Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Rum
It's showtime! This is the perfect drink for our Tropical Hideaway. Its cream coconut and pineapple juice makes this drink José's favourite for a reason. Warning: There might be singing birds & crooning flowers.
French Quarter Sunrise
This drink is like the first rays of sun after a Hurricane. Inspired by the iconic 1930's cocktail, this zero ABV libation is an easy drink for a hot day.
Schweitzer Falls
This fruity refreshing drink is named after the beautiful Schweitzer Falls, named after that famous African explorer, Dr. Albert Falls. And if you think the front is nice, you should see its backside! Don't take the beautiful rock formation for granite.
Jungle Bird
This classic Tiki drink originated through the dark ages of cocktails. However, it still stands the test of time. Using Campari it brings a mixture of bittersweetness that is blending the mix between Tiki drinks and the craft cocktail scene.
