Mai Tai
Mai Tai-Roa Aé! (Out of this world in Tahitian). The iconic Trader Vic’s cocktail that led to a worldwide rum shortage. If you want to know what Tiki is all about, this one is it. Also try it with Yuzu for a delicious tarty taste!
Sidecar
A lovely sour from the 1920's. Originated in the Paris Ritz it's one of the six essential cocktails in The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks. A sophisticated drink for sophisticated people.
Baron Samedi
Baron Samedi is the spirit of the death in Haitian Vodou. Just like him, this smooth balanced spirit would love to take you to the other side. A modern Beachbum Berry classic with aged rum that feels like it's been around for eternity.
Planter’s Punch
One of the original Donn Beach Jamaican style cocktails. Coming from the late 1800's it was refined by the master himself into the classic we know today. Not too sweet, not too sour. Boozy, but not overly strong. Just great!
Rum Julep
A boozy Demerara tasting cocktail with lovely citrus and honey undertones. It blends two fantastic 12 year old rums on this twist on the Mint Julep. Though it has just two ounces of rum, it feels much more complicated than it actually is. This lovely drink was served in Don The Beachcomber's Cabaret Restaurant in Waikiki in 1958, though the recipe was created in the 1940's.
Shark's Tooth
For the rum aficionados, we present the Shark's Tooth. A gorgeous extra old aged rum with a hint of lime and sugar. A brilliant smooth drink.
Pele’s Swizzle
Pele, the goddess of vulcanoes, has blessed us with her drink of fire! This fierce mixture of 151 overproof rum with hints of Angostura & Absinthe clashes perfectly with Poli'ahu's blessing of ice and snow to bring you an experience you won't forget.
