Nightingale
Our own Tiki twist on the Penicillin. Using a great funky Smiths & Cross Navy Strength Rum with a float of Plantation Xaymaca for a hint of smokey punch makes for a delicious cocktail. The two rums are offset with the sweetness of the honger & ginger and the spice from the ginger syrup.
Lono’s Old Fashioned
Our own Tiki Twist on an Old Fashioned. The amazing Xaymaca rum brings complex and slightly smoky notes which play great with the delicious combination of bitters.
Vicious Virgin #2
An absolute delicious citrussy drink that was a favourite the first moment we tried it.

Kona Cocktail
A fresh frozen cocktails that is light in alcohol but heavy in flavour.

For the rum aficionados, we present the Shark's Tooth. A gorgeous extra old aged rum with a hint of lime and sugar. A brilliant smooth drink.
