Drinks you haven't tried before
Suriname Swizzle
Bringing Genever into Tiki is quite unexpected, but in this libation it absolutely works. Coconut forward, but not overly sweet it's a complex drink that's easy to drink but even easier to love.
The Reverend's Tai
We'll be the first here to proclaim that there is no pineapple in a Mai Tai. But this Wonk's Original uses Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum in a delicious mix with OFTD. A good kick with a pineappley aftertaste makes for a damn good drink! Amen!
Sleeping Lotus
A nice gin cocktail where the lemon, orgeat, & bitters create a nice base underneath with a minty overtone. Complex, but fairly smooth.
Davy Jones
A tall name for a cocktail, but fitting for its bold and adventurous flavors. Explore the deeps of the ocean with this bright drink!
The Undead Gentleman
One of the Smuggler's Cove delights. The complexity of a Zombie with an unbelievable layered palette. A very rum forward drink that won't knock you over. (At least not the first one)
Mr. Bali Hai
The signature drink of the Bali Hai restaurant in San Diego! Their origins can be traced to the iconic Mutiny on the Bounty film when after filming the tropical hut set got moved to Newport Beach and turned into a tiki bar, which later turned into the restaurant. The Mr. Bali Hai features a great blend of coffee liquor, the sweetness of pineapple and the sour of lemon. Combine that all with some good rums, and it's a unique flavour that is easy to love.
