Drinks you haven't tried before
Port / Starboard Light
A 1950's Trader Vic's classic for the Whiskey fans. It's the Port Light or Starboard Light. Fresh and delicious with your choice of liquor. Either Bourbon for the Port Light, or Rye for the Starboard Light. It's the Adventurer's favorite Scotch drink! Instead of egg we use the Plant Based Fee Foamer.
Colonel Hathi’s Sweet & Sour
Company… Forward march! A secret recipe Trader Vic learned from the Majarajah's Fifth Pachyderm Brigade on his many travels. Fruity, yet refreshing with spiced rum and ginger beer. A recipe you will never forget.
Trader Vic's Grog
Drink this sweet libation from a Koi fish mug, just like served at Trader Vic's! The mix of Honey and Passion Fruit makes things sweet, while the lemon gives a lovely tarty aftertaste.
The Reverend's Tai
We'll be the first here to proclaim that there is no pineapple in a Mai Tai. But this Wonk's Original uses Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum in a delicious mix with OFTD. A good kick with a pineappley aftertaste makes for a damn good drink! Amen!
Planter’s Punch
One of the original Donn Beach Jamaican style cocktails. Coming from the late 1800's it was refined by the master himself into the classic we know today. Not too sweet, not too sour. Boozy, but not overly strong. Just great!
Commando Grog
This one is pure tiki goodness! A truly delicious drink from Jason Alexander. It has all the Tiki tastes in one cocktail. The syrups and liquors are balanced with the two rums. If you wonder what Tiki is all about? This is one to start with.
Skull & Bones
Each drink will give you a lovely warm fruity drink, but gives a nice dry kick from the powerful rums. A tropical Negroni!
Peachy Keen
A concoction of the house. With just 1% ABV it just uses a few drops of liquor for taste, but will keep your mind .. well .. peachy keen!
Neptune
The Saturn, but completely alcohol free. Delicious, with a dry non-alcoholic gin and falernum syrup.
