Navy Grog
A drink that will put hair on your chest and makes you want to sail the seven seas. With a history all the way back to 1740, we serve Don The Beachcomber's 1944 version. A robust rum punch with a blend of three tasty rums with a delicious aftertaste of honey.
Mai-Tai
Mai Tai-Roa Aé! (Out of this world in Tahitian). The iconic Trader Vic’s cocktail that led to a worldwide rum shortage. If you want to know what Tiki is all about, this one is it. You can also try it with Yuzu for a delicious tarty taste!
Sidecar
A lovely sour from the 1920's. Originated in the Paris Ritz it's one of the six essential cocktails in The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks. A sophisticated drink for sophisticated people.
Baron Samedi
Baron Samedi is the spirit of the death in Haitian Vodou. Just like him, this smooth balanced spirit would love to take you to the other side. A modern Beachbum Berry classic with aged rum that feels like it's been around for eternity.
Planter’s Punch
One of the original Donn Beach Jamaican style cocktails. Coming from the late 1800's it was refined by the master himself into the classic we know today. Not too sweet, not too sour. Boozy, but not overly strong. Just great!
Rum Julep
A boozy Demerara tasting cocktail with lovely citrus and honey undertones. It blends two fantastic 12 year old rums on this twist on the Mint Julep. Though it has just two ounces of rum, it feels much more complicated than it actually is. This lovely drink was served in Don The Beachcomber's Cabaret Restaurant in Waikiki in 1958, though the recipe was created in the 1940's.
Shark's Tooth
For the rum aficionados, we present the Shark's Tooth. A gorgeous extra old aged rum with a hint of lime and sugar. A brilliant smooth drink.
Pololu
Wake up and smell the tropical flowers! This floral drink is a modern concoction mixing the DNA of a Fog Cutter with a Painkiller with a base of gin and the tropical nose of Pineapple and Coconut.
Commando Grog
This one is pure tiki goodness! A truly delicious drink from Jason Alexander. It has all the Tiki tastes in one cocktail. The syrups and liquors are balanced with the two rums. If you wonder what Tiki is all about? This is one to start with.

An icon of Walt Disney World's Polynesian Resort. Being on the menu since opening in 1971 it has been popular for generations. A true boozy tropical delight.
Pele’s Swizzle
Pele, the goddess of vulcanoes, has blessed us with her drink of fire! This fierce mixture of 151 overproof rum with hints of Angostura & Absinthe clashes perfectly with Poli'ahu's blessing of ice and snow to bring you an experience you won't forget.
Puka Punch
This tropical boozy cocktail was originally created at the Tiki-Ti. This version has first been remixed by Beachbum Berry and then adapted by the Smuggler's Cove. So quite a few capable minds improved on this whopper of a drink. It's a multi-layered rum adventure that starts with fruity honey, continues along to spice and caramel, ending with the the punch from the overproof rum slowly filtering to the bottom of the glass.
Rum Barrel
Thirsty? Enjoy a full blown fruity experience that will instantaneously into a good mood. Big, boozy but with accessible taste. 4 Fruit juices are mixed with three rums and a lot of tasty liquors in this classic from the 1940's.
Zombie
The legendary lethal libation. We pay homage to the godfather of Tiki's most famous cocktail by sticking to his original recipe. The secret is the incredible Zombie rum blend by Hamilton, imported straight from the States. It's a drink you never had this side of the ocean. But beware, you might understand its name. Limited to one per guest!
